Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your only chance to make a great first impression on buyers before they enter your home. The positive and negative features that jump out at buyers form their initial opinion of your house and how you upkeep house's regular maintenance. Acknowledging this helps us to decide what steps we can take to attract buyers from the street and into your home. If your house isn't attractive on the outside with retouched paint and colorful garden plants we'll need to address those as well. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your place seem to say, "This is Your Next House" to a buyer? Walking-through your home with a critical eye, I'll suggest arrangements that improve market appeal. I'll tell you get rid of things that give the look of clutter. Table and counter tops should be clutter-free. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and play time drawings should get stored away too. We'll de-clutter your house. Unattractive or dirty places make your home feel unkempt and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves calling your place home.
Every area gets a once-over. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be rearranged, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that could use polishing, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively affect the sale.
With me by your side, you'll know that your home is appealing and that it's friendly, avoiding "loud" or "can't-work-with" colors on the walls and furniture. And if the house is empty, you can think about temporary furnishings. The goal is for your house to look ready to live in as opposed to cold and deserted.

Setting the Stage During your Open House, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. Brightness is a mood changer and we'll part the curtains, and create light where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests look around your home and assure a pleasant scent flows from every room. We'll add cozy-looking blankets, and throw pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your current place is their future home. |
